An excellent opportunity for experienced Administrator to join a well-established company based in Bridgend, South Wales!

The Company:

They are a leading specialist Residential & Domestic Fire Sprinkler Company that offer full design, Installation and Maintenance Services across Wales.

They are now looking for someone wanting to establish an office based administrative career and to develop their knowledge and skills.

The Role:
• Be able to deal with routine enquiries from clients by phone, letter or email
• Raise sales invoices to clients
• Enter purchase invoices into the system
• Send orders to suppliers by email
• Dealing with suppliers and clients queries
• Sending out documentation to clients by email i.e. Quotes, Annual Service reminders
• Miscellaneous job related duties as assigned
• Be able to prioritise workload effectively
• Have a polite and courteous manner when dealing with clients over the phone.
• Reliable/Punctual
• Able to work alone or part of a group
• Have excellent communication skills
• Have good organisational skills/well-presented and have a methodical nature
• Be able to work under pressure
• Be highly accurate with meticulous attention to detail
• Have Basic knowledge of Word, Outlook and Excel
• Trial period 3 months
• Full training on our procedures will be given but you must be able to demonstrate the ability to follow varied instructions
• Computer Literate
