Excellent opportunity for an experienced Drylining Project Manager to join a well-established company

MP Drywall are a rapidly growing company, formed in 2015. The current turnover of the company falls in the region £12m per annum and has a workforce of around 150 skilled operatives.
MP Drywall provide a range of drylining services to clients within the greater London area and operate to a 65-mile radius from their Flitwick Office.

Due to further expansion, the company is looking for an experienced Drylining Project Manager for works in and around London and Home Counties.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the delivery of our clients works package, and will work to ensure all safety, quality and programme requirements are achieved. You will be joining a fantastic company with incredible plans for the future.

• Co-ordinate all aspects of our site operations.
• Providing clear direction to the on-site construction team regarding responsibilities and targets;
• Managing all operatives on site as part of a team;
• Ensure high standards are up held at all times to ensure a high-quality project completed;
• Working to tight deadlines;
• Carry out daily task briefings with all site operatives;
• Plan, manage and place orders for materials and plant required;
• Liaise with clients daily;
• Attend progress meetings and update programmes;
• Review drawings and specifications;
• Adhere to all HSEQ on site and make sure it is carried out to regulations and standards;
• Oversee and run reports for measurements and variances.

• CITB Level 3 Safety Course or equivalent NVQ with 5+ years’ experience;
• Appropriate CSCS Card (SSSTS/SMSTS);
• Full UK Driving License.

Key Skills:
• Ability to interpret working drawings and specifications;
• Strong communication and Leadership skills;
• Experience of managing and dealing with site operatives;
• Excellent IT skills and proficient in Microsoft Office packages;
• A proactive and flexible working approach with the ability to adapt to changing situations and duties;
• Strong knowledge of contract documents, construction practices and techniques;
• High Level of Health and Safety awareness.
