An excellent opportunity for an Experienced Finance Controller/Office Manager to join a well-established company based in Arbroath!

The Role:

A new position has come about for a leading Precision Gear and Transmission Parts Subcontractor. They need to be able to organise, expedite and oversee the day to day administration of their Accounting and Financial functions.

This is a permanent full-time position where the correct person should have good experience in Accountancy, Payroll and Office Management.

Responsibilities will include preparation of Monthly Management Accounts, Payroll, Payments and day to day management of a team of 3.

Applicants should be self-motivated, enthusiastic and have experience in a small to medium sized company environment.

The Candidate:

The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, energetic and self-motivated with a desire to take on new challenges.

It would be advantageous to have knowledge of:

• Pegasus Opera both Accounts and Payroll.
• Pegasus Operations.
• Tensor, Timetastic and ELO paperless office.
• Training will be given to the right candidate.
