Salary: £18,000.00-£26,000.00 OTE per year

We are looking for confident and motivated individuals with great attention to detail and strong communication skills.
The role will be perfectly suited to people who relish the opportunity of engaging with clients over the telephone, speaking to a high volume of people and conducting a brief review / update by using a friendly and consultative approach.

• Excellent telephone skills. Able to build rapport and demonstrate empathy with clients
• Speaking with a high volume of clients each day
• Able to build relationships with a broad spectrum of people
• Confident, approachable, motivated, and ambitious
• A strong team player and also able to work using your own initiative
• Strong computer skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Be fully compliant and work to set guidelines
• The ability to complete work accurately within a demanding / KPI driven environment Working to tight deadlines
