An excellent opportunity for an Experienced Motor Trade Office Administrator to join a well-established company based in Birtley, County Durham!

Role & Requirements:

Due to continued growth, the company now requires an experienced Office Administrator to work in a busy office of a growing accident repair company. A flexible and versatile individual required to cover the following duties.

• Data Input.
• Answering telephones and directing calls to the correct person/department.
• Typing of Invoices and Estimates.
• Understanding and ability to use Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc)
• Must have excellent typing skills (RSA Standard) – touch typist.
• Sage experience would be beneficial but not essential.
• Previous experience within the Motor Trade.

This is a Full-time position working 40 hours per week Monday – Friday, Plus Alternate Saturday Morning.

In return the company is offering a competitive rate of pay at £9.50 - £10 Per hour depending on experience.
