Job Type: Part-Time, Permanent – 20 Working Hours Per Week

Role & Requirements:
Due to a member of staff leaving, the company now required and experienced Office Administrator to work in a busy office of a growing accident repair company. A flexible and versatile individual required to cover the following duties.
• Data Input and substantial amount of typing
• Answering telephones and directing calls to the correct person/department.
• Typing of Invoices and Estimates
• Understanding and ability to use Microsoft Office (Word, Excel Etc)
• Must have excellent typing skills (RSA Standard) – touch typist
• Sage experience would be beneficial but not essential
• Previous experience of the Motor Trade preferred
