Excellent opportunity for a Sales and Marketing Assistant Manager to join a well-established company based in King’s Lynn


The company is a leading Automation solution provider within the Ceramic pressure casting industry. With nearly 30 years’ experience and solid reputation, they are now looking to build the next phase of its development by reinforcing its technical leadership within the field of traditional ceramics and of technical ceramics.

In order to support the company’s ambition, they are looking to appoint a new Sales and Marketing Assistant Manager to support their global business. Based in King’s Lynn, the company is looking for candidates with experience in Sales and Marketing to support the company’s marketing communication and to help their business development activities. This is a new opportunity to develop your skills and experience and can lead to progression in several directions with the group.


• Support Sales and be the internal point of contact for the Sales team. Be internal voice of sales
• Create and close successfully opportunities in new territory
• Regularly reviewing and updating the company’s website
• Developing and maintaining the company’s presence on social media
• Develop artwork using agreed formats and key messages in line with the corporate visual identity
• Coordinating the production and timely release of company literature, organising updates and re-prints as required
• Support the development of the company’s event plans
• Updating company presentations, reflecting the latest information
• Maintaining a library of marketing collateral
• Gathering and maintaining information on relevant events and communications channels
• Monitoring and reporting on key performance indicators
• Sourcing and managing stock of promotional items
• Regularly gathering relevant market news for communications internally and externally
• Gathering and analysing information on competitors
• Assisting in specific market research and analysis
• Creation and preparation of sales reports
• Support commercial proposal as required
• Regular travelling might be required

Candidate Requirements

• A good standard of education, ideally to a degree level in Marketing or business-related subject
• Have a proven record of accomplishment in Sales or Marketing Sales (ideally within the manufacturing industry)
